Outlined below are the services we offer. Our commitment to transparent communication and flexibility ensures that we consistently meet our clients’ requirements. Standard Framing Lumber

This package includes framing materials, sheathing, wrap, and tape. Each component is carefully considered to ensure comprehensive coverage. Should any omission be detected, we will promptly contact you for instructions regarding the appropriate course of action. No assumptions are made unless explicit approval is obtained from the client.

Support framing for floor and roof trusses is provided as standard, except in cases where the client specifies responsibility by another vendor. Additionally, engineered wood product (EWP) beams may be supplied for flush installations in I-joist floors, in accordance with client requirements. All processes are strictly aligned with the specifications established by each individual client.

Hardware

This package contains hardware specified in your plans. Typically, Simpson hardware is included; however, some clients may opt for MiTek components. While we do not claim to be hardware experts, we will reference items indicated in the plans or those explicitly requested by the client.

Insulation

This package comprises comprehensive insulation solutions for walls, roofs, floors, and associated areas. Given the range of options and configurations, we work closely with each client during the quoting process to identify their specific requirements and delivery preferences. When adequate details are furnished, we generally provide exact measurements rather than estimated square footage.

Drywall

This package includes all drywall materials, such as mud, screws, tape, and related components. We provide comprehensive coverage for all material types, including Green Board, Type X, and standard Gypsum. If a client requests these or other materials, we address their requirements during the quoting phase to ensure they receive precisely what they need in the appropriate specifications for their operations.

Shingles

This package contains everything needed for roofing shingles. Since there are many choices and variations, we always discuss details with our clients during the quote process to learn their preferences and delivery needs. This way, you get accurate estimates tailored to you—not just basic square footage numbers like some others provide.

Doors & Windows

This package is tailored to the requirements of each job and client. Given the range of available options and configurations, we engage directly with clients during the quotation process to identify their specific preferences and delivery requirements.

Interior Trim

This package provides all necessary trim materials for the interior of the structure. Throughout the quoting process, we carefully assess every aspect of the project to ensure that your specific requirements regarding interior trim materials are comprehensively met.

Floor Finishes

This package is generally quoted in square footage. However, when adequate information is available, we can provide precise measurements. During the quoting process, we thoroughly assess clients’ requirements to ensure accurate and tailored results.

Exterior Siding & Trim

This package includes all necessary components for the exterior of the home or building. For instance, it covers siding, trim, soffit, porch columns, and pergolas, among other items. During the quoting process, we will review every aspect of the project to ensure that your specific requirements for siding and trim materials are thoroughly addressed.

Deck Finishes

This package contains all materials required for deck completion, including planks, handrails, post covers, and more. Given the wide range of available options and configurations, we engage directly with each client during the quoting process to ascertain their individual preferences and delivery requirements.
